For each mimosa, fill a champagne flute third to halfway full with juice. Top off with prosecco.
For mimosas in a pitcher: Place sliced blood oranges in pitcher. Add juice and prosecco.
Fun twists: Add a splash of orange flavored liqueur. Can substitute Perrier® Sparkling Natural Mineral Water for a non-alcoholic version.
