- ●1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- ●1 package (16.5 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Bar Dough
- ●2 tablespoons cream cheese, at room temperature
- ●2 tablespoons Coffee mate® Peppermint Mocha Flavor Liquid Coffee Creamer
- ●3/4 to 1 cup powdered sugar
- ●Candy sprinkles, crushed peppermint candies
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 2
Sprinkle flour on work surface and over cookie dough. Roll out dough to about ¼-inch thickness. Cut out 8 stars each using 4 different sizes of star-shaped cookie cutters. You should have 32 cookies total. Transfer to ungreased baking sheets placing 2 inches apart. Some patching together of scraps may be needed to form all stars.
Step 3
Bake for 8 to 9 minutes. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Step 4
Whisk together cream cheese and Coffee mate Peppermint Mocha Flavor Liquid in medium bowl until smooth; whisk in powdered sugar until smooth. Consistency should be similar to glue. Add more powdered sugar if needed.
Step 5
For each tree, spoon about ½ to 1 teaspoon Coffee mate mixture in the middle of the top 4 large star cookies, rotating the stars to stagger the points to create a tree shape. Repeat with the other 3 sizes of stars to form a free standing tree. Drizzle remaining mixture over trees. Decorate with sprinkles. Allow trees to fully set before moving.
