Salt and ground black pepper
1 lemon
1 tablespoon Buitoni® Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Step 1
Trim tough ends from asparagus. Place asparagus and pesto in large, resealable plastic bag. Press out air and seal shut. Massage pesto onto asparagus until it is fully coated. Remove from bag and place in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Step 2
Bake at 400° F for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
Cooking: 15 min
Step 3
Grate lemon peel over asparagus. Squeeze with a little lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and cheese.
