ASK ABUELITA™:

There is one signature ABUELITA™ flavor — rich chocolate with our distinctive cinnamon — available in two kinds of format: solid chocolate and powder. In solid form you have Tablets and the Marqueta bar, both melted into hot milk. In powder you have Granulated Mix for hot milk and single-serve Instant envelopes for hot water. Same taste, different levels of convenience.

It depends which format you buy, and all figures are for the dry mix before milk is added. Tablets are 100 calories per serving (one quarter of a tablet), Marqueta is 90 calories per square, Granulated Mix is 80 calories per serving, and Instant is 120 calories per envelope. Because tablets, Marqueta and Granulated are prepared with milk, your finished mug will also include the calories from whatever milk or non-dairy alternative you choose.

ABUELITA™ is widely available at major grocery retailers across the United States, usually in the hot beverage aisle or the Hispanic foods section, as well as at local Latin markets. You can also order online through retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Target and Instacart. To check availability near you by product and format, use our Where to Buy tool.

Every ABUELITA™ product has its complete Nutrition Facts panel — calories, total and saturated fat, sodium, carbohydrates, total and added sugars, protein and key minerals — published on its own product page, along with the full ingredient list and allergen statement. Browse all four formats and select the one you have. Because formulas can be updated, we always recommend checking the label on your package for the most accurate information.
