Ingredients
- ●1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ●1 yellow onion, finely chopped
- ●1 roma tomato, diced
- ●1 to 2 green chili peppers, seeded and chopped
- ●2 large eggs, beaten
- ●Salt to taste
- ●1 packet (9.87 ounces) MAGGI® 2-Minute Masala Noodles
- ●2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
Make It
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet; cook onions, stirring frequently, until soft and light brown. Add tomato and green chilies. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tomato has softened.
Step 2
Add beaten eggs and mix well, using a spatula to stir and make scrambled eggs. Add salt to taste.
Step 3
Cook MAGGI Masala Noodles per package instructions; top with egg mixture.
Step 4
Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
