HOW TO PREPARE
Conventional Oven Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F
DO NOT PLACE THIS BOWL IN THE OVEN; TRANSFER THE FOOD TO AN OVEN SAFE DISH, cover with foil and Place on center rack.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, stir and recover.
Cook an additional 18 minutes.
Carefully remove dish & let cool for 2 minutes before enjoying!
Slit film to vent.
Cook on High for 3 minutes
Remove film and stir, replace film.
Cook on High and additional 30 seconds.
