HOW TO PREPARE
Conventional Oven Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
DO NOT PLACE THIS BOWL IN THE OVEN. TRANSFER THE FOOD TO AN OVEN SAFE DISH. Cover with foil and place on center rack.
Cook for 20 minutes; remove from oven; stir and re-cover; cook an additional 18 minutes.
Carefully remove the dish and let cool 2 minutes before enjoying!
Slit film to vent.
Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.*
Remove film and stir; replace film.
Cook on high for additional 30 seconds.
Ovens vary. Cook to an internal tempurature of 165° F.
Keep this bowl frozen until you're ready to prepare it.
