HOW TO PREPARE

Stove Top Instructions
Step 1
Thaw product in the refrigerator overnight (assure that samples are fully thawed).
Step 2
Preheat 10" non-stick skillet on Medium-Low heat with 1/2 TBSP of canola oil for 1-2 minutes. (1 minute on gas stovetop or 2 minutes on electric stovetop.)
Step 3
Place thawed sausage in skillet. Cover and cook for 12 minutes on Medium-Low, rotating sausage 1/4 turn every 2 minutes.

Step 1
Thaw product in the refrigerator overnight (assure that samples are fully thawed).
Step 2
Preheat propane grill on Medium-High heat (450 - 500°F) for 15 – 20 minutes.
Step 3
Remove product from refrigerator, lightly brush entire surface of sausage with (canola) oil. Place sausage on center of grill and close lid.
Step 4
Cook on Medium heat (400 - 450°F) for a total of 14 minutes. Rotate sausage ¼ turn every 4 minutes.
