- ●1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ●1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ●1 pack little gen, romaine or butter lettuce
- ●3 cups cooked short grain rice
- ●1 pack (8 ounces) SWEET EARTH Enlightened Foods Korean-Style BBQ Chik'n™ Marinated Plant-Based Shreds
- ●Vegan kimchi (as needed)
Make It
Step 1
For Dipping Sauce: Combine all dipping sauce ingredients; set aside.
Step 2
For Wraps: Wash and trim lettuce.
Step 3
Fill lettuce cups with cooked rice and Korean BBQ Chik’n. Serve with dipping sauce and kimchi on the side.
Step 4
Serve with sliced radishes, toasted sesame seeds, and scallions.
