Step 1

Place water, 1 cup sugar and mint in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved. Press on mint leaves to release flavor.

Step 2

Remove from heat; let cool. Discard mint leaves.

Step 3

Place ice, lime juice, rum, Coffee mate natural bliss Coconut Milk Creamer and 3 tablespoons prepared mint simple syrup in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Step 4

Rub lime wedges around rims of 4 glasses; dip rims in coarse sugar. Pour mojito carefully and evenly into glasses. Sweeten to taste with additional mint simple syrup, if desired. Garnish with additional fresh mint leaves, if desired.

Step 5

Cook’s Tip: Store unused simple syrup in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
