Place cream cheese in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. With blender still running, add sweetened condensed milk and blend until thick. Blend in coffee liqueur.

Step 2

Dissolve coffee granules in water; dip ladyfingers in coffee mixture.

Step 3

In a serving bowl, place a layer of moistened ladyfingers. Add a layer of cream cheese mixture.

Step 4

Repeat process once more. Sprinkle MILO powder over the top. Garnish with mint leaves.
