- ●2 cups NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk
- ●2 cups water
- ●3 tablets (90 grams each) NESTLÉ® ABUELITA™ Authentic Mexican Hot Chocolate Drink
- ●3 envelopes (7 grams each) unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
- ●1 cup chopped walnuts
- ●4 sprigs fresh mint
Make It
Step 1
Heat evaporated milk, water and ABUELITA Chocolate in medium saucepan over medium-low heat; mix until chocolate is melted. Slowly mix in gelatin mixture.
Step 2
Grease a gelatin mold; add walnuts. Pour gelatin mixture into the mold. Refrigerate until set.
Step 3
Unmold gelatin and decorate with mint leaves. Garnish with whole walnuts, if desired.
