Make It
Step 1
Place water, mole, bouillon and Abuelita Chocolate in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and heat over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
Step 2
Heat oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the tortillas without them hardening; remove and place on paper towels to drain.
Step 3
Fill each tortilla with a little chicken; serve 3 pieces on a plate and cover with the hot mole sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and onion; drizzle with Media Crema.
