- ●2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
- ●10 black peppercorns
- ●4 whole cloves
- ●3 cups water
- ●1 piece (2 inches) fresh ginger, unpeeled and sliced
- ●6 black tea bags (such as English breakfast)
- ●12 green cardamon pods
- ●2 ½ cups unsweetened coconut milk, oat milk or milk of choice
- ●5 tablespoons Coffee mate® natural bliss® Sweet Cream Flavor All-Natural Coffee Creamer
- ●Raw honey, coconut sugar or sweetener of choice
Make It
Step 1
Place cinnamon sticks, peppercorns and cloves in medium saucepan; smash with a wooden spoon to crush. Add water and ginger; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; cook for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from heat. Add tea bags and cardamom; steep for 2 minutes. Stir in coconut milk and Coffee mate natural bliss Creamer.
Step 3
Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until boiling. Remove from heat; cool for a few minutes.
Step 4
Remove tea bags. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into mugs. Discard spices. Sweeten as desired. Dust with ground cinnamon, if desired.
