1. Why did Seattle’s Best Coffee collaborate with XO Marshmallow to create Coffee Roast Mallows?

Inspired by its new Campfire S’mores™ Flavored Coffee, Seattle’s Best Coffee decided to go beyond the brew for the first time and give coffee lovers more than one way to enjoy the flavor of s’mores this campfire season. In partnership with XO Marshmallow, maker of gourmet and small-batch marshmallow creations, the limited-edition Coffee Roast Mallows add a nostalgic twist to the new Seattle’s Best flavored coffee, capturing the cozy magic of summer in every bite.

2. What are Coffee Roast Mallows?

Coffee Roast Mallows are Seattle’s Best Coffee-inspired marshmallows created in collaboration with XO Marshmallow. Available in four coffee inspired flavors — Light Roast, Medium Roast, Dark Roast, and S’mores — each one brings the smooth taste of Seattle’s Best to life in a cozy new format, perfect for roasting, snacking, or pairing with your favorite cup of Seattle’s Best Coffee.

3. What flavors do Coffee Roast Mallows come in?

Each marshmallow is inspired by a signature Seattle’s Best Coffee flavor:

Light Roast: Inspired by our Lighthouse Blend, bright and citrusy with a light, zesty twist.
Medium Roast: Inspired by our Portside® Blend with deep, rich flavor and a perfect balance of sweetness.
Dark Roast: Inspired by our Post Alley® Blend, bold and robust with a deep chocolatey aroma.
S’mores: Inspired by our new Campfire S’mores™ blend, with decadent flavor notes of milk chocolate and honey graham cracker.

Each variety pack of Coffee Roast Mallows includes 16 marshmallows (four of each roast-inspired flavor) as well as a bag of new Campfire S’mores™ Flavored Ground Coffee for the perfect pairing.

6. When will Coffee Roast Mallows be released?

Coffee Roast Mallows will be available for purchase during four limited time drops ahead of National S’mores Day (August 10). Drops go live at 12pm ET on July 17, 24, 31, and August 7 while supplies last
