BURNING QUESTIONS ASKED

What do the heat level numbers on the box mean?
The heat level numbers on the box represent how spicy the hot sauce will be. It takes into account the Scovillle Scale and simplifies it by using a heat scale between one and ten. One being the most mild heat, and ten being the spiciest heat level.
What exactly is the Scoville Scale?
The Scoville scale is a measurement of pungency (spiciness or "heat") of chili peppers and other substances.
What’s the story behind The Last Dab: Apollo sauce?
It’s the only sauce in the world made with the Apollo Pepper. The Apollo is the brainchild of Guinness World Record holding chili breeder Smokin’ Ed Currie of Puckerbutt Pepper Co. The pepper is bred from prized strains of Ed’s famed Carolina Reaper and Pepper X. Ready to try it? Head on over to the Heatonist.
