- ●1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- ●2 pounds fresh plums, cut in half
- ●3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ●1 can (7.6 ounces) NESTLÉ® Media Crema, chilled
- ●1/2 cup powdered sugar
- ●1 teaspoon vanilla extract
MAKE IT
Step 1
Melt butter in a large skillet; fry the plums and sprinkle them with granulated sugar.
Step 2
Beat NESTLÉ® Media Crema, powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Arrange the plums on a plate; top with cream mixture.
Step 4
Tip: For extra flavor, use a little ground cinnamon and cherry liqueur when frying the plums.
Add a tablespoon of brandy to the NESTLÉ Media Crema mixture.
