MAKE IT

Step 1

Mix butter and crushed cookies in a bowl; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Step 2

Beat cream cheese in a large mixer bowl until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, Media Crema, grated lemon peel and lemon juice. With the mixer running, slowly add the gelatin mixture; pour over the cookie base. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

Step 3

Top with strawberries and refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes.
