Ingredients

Make It

Step 1

Combine strawberries and sugar in small saucepan; stir well. If strawberries aren’t very sweet, use more sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 8 minutes or until berries break down and mixture thickens.

Step 3

Remove from heat; let cool. You should have ¾ to 1 cup total.

Step 4

Combine yogurt, Coffee mate natural bliss Creamer and honey in small bowl; stir well.

Step 5

Place spoonful of yogurt mixture into each of 8 (3 ounces) ice pop molds. Top with a spoonful of strawberry mixture. Sprinkle with a little granola. Top with another layer of yogurt mixture, strawberry mixture and final layer of yogurt mixture. Top with remaining granola. Tap ice pop molds on counter to settle contents.

Step 6

Insert sticks; freeze for 8 hours or until solid.

Cook's Tip

For a quicker version, omit sugar and increase honey to 4 tablespoons. Blend all ingredients in a blender. Pour into ice pop molds. Freeze as directed.
