- ●1 pack (8 ounces) SWEET EARTH Enlightened Foods Seasoned Chik'n™ Marinated Plant-Based Shreds
- ●1 cup crispy tortilla chips
Make It
Step 1
For Southwest Vegan Ranch: Combine 1st 9 ingredients to make vegan ranch.
Step 2
Add last 4 spices if making Southwest ranch.
Step 3
For Taco Bowl: Wash and thinly slice lettuce; place in bowls.
Step 4
Top with tomatoes, corn, beans, Chik’n and tortilla chips.
Step 5
Serve with Southwest vegan ranch.
