Where can I purchase your products?
At most major grocery stores: Target, Walmart, Whole Foods, Kroger etc. Click here to find our products in your area. If you’re not finding what you’re looking for, we recommend submitting a request with your local grocery manager.
Are your products gluten free?
Our Bean & Mango Cubano Bowl and our Mindful Chik’n both do not contain gluten but aren't certified gluten free. Many of our products contain Seitan, which is made primarily from vital wheat gluten. See product packaging for most up to date nutritional and ingredient information.
Do you use organic or non-GMO ingredients?
All ingredients are non-GMO and the majority are organic. We source ingredients from a variety of different suppliers. Contact us with questions regarding specific ingredients.
Which products are vegan?
We do our best to label all of our vegan products on the front of our packaging. Click here to view our products and search by vegan or vegetarian.
Can I order online? Do you deliver your products?
We don’t have an online store. A variety of products are available via Amazon/Whole Foods.
How long does plant-based seitan stay good after opening?
We recommend using it within 5 days after opening.
How long does benevolent bacon stay good after opening?
We recommend using it within 5 days after opening.
Where can I find the nutritional information for Sweet Earth's products?
Each of Sweet Earth’s products has its own unique nutritional information, which can be found by going to the product page at https://www.goodnes.com/sweet-earth/products/, clicking on the specific product you are interested in, and then expanding the NUTRITION section to find the unique nutritional information.
Are your products made on shared equipment?
Our plant-based veggie burgers and plant-based seitan come from a facility that uses shared equipment.
Are your products free from peanuts, tree nuts?
We always label the eight major food allergens (dairy, eggs, fish, peanuts, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, wheat) on our package by their common name and recommend you always check the label for the most current information before purchasing and/or consuming a product. If a product does not contain one of the known eight allergens but has the potential for cross contact, we will place a “May contain” advisory on the label near the ingredients.
Why aren’t you completely vegan? Why do you use cheese and eggs in your products?
We are continuously working to create more vegan options and our product line is 70% vegan. Currently there are no plans in the immediate future to eliminate eggs or cheese from some of our products. We use cage-free eggs for more than just a sales tactic. We feel they play an important role in igniting the initial spark that can cause many people, who would otherwise refuse to even consider vegan products, to start eating more thoughtfully and in a way this is better for their bodies and our Earth.
Are your products available internationally?
Only our Tostada Salad is available in Canada. The rest of our products are only available in the US.
Do you sell your products in bulk?
You can find our products in bulk at Costco. We recommend customers who are interested in case pricing ask their local retailer if they will provide a case discount. Most stores will do this if you are willing to order ahead of time and pick it up on a specific day.
Do you offer product samples?
We don’t offer product samples, but we will happily send coupons. Click here to request coupons.
Are your products Kosher or Halal certified?
We do our best to label all of our products that are kosher certified on our packaging. Please contact us if you have a question about a specific product.
Why do I have to cook the Mindful Chik'n™?
Like non-plant-based meats, our MINDFUL CHIK'N, plant-based sausages, plant-based seitan, plant-based Awesome Burgers and plant-based Awesome Grounds are a raw product that must be fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F per the package instructions before consuming.
Your plant-based Veggie Burgers say they’re Pre-Seasoned and Pre-Cooked, why do I have to heat them in a skillet or the oven? Can’t I just heat them in the microwave? How long do I cook them on the grill?
Our chefs develop our cooking instructions to give each product optimal taste, texture, and quality. Since we have not tested heating in the microwave or on the grill, we would not be able to provide cooking times. These prep methods may be possible, however, we recommend the product be fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F per the package instructions before consuming.
