Korean BBQ Chik'n Pan Pizza

Makes 4 to 5 servings


  • 1 package (8 ounces) SWEET EARTH Enlightened Foods Korean BBQ Chik'n Pan Pizza
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/2 cup kimchi
  • 2 cups vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 chopped shishito peppers
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Chili oil, for garnish
  • Pizza Dough:
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon melted vegan butter


Step 1

For pizza dough: Combine bread flour, instant yeast, and salt. Mix with a spoon or spatula.

Step 2

Add warm water and start to knead together pizza dough into a ball.

Step 3

Coat the bottom of the pan with vegan butter. Place dough in the pan, coat with vegan butter and cover for 15 minutes. The dough should be flexible enough that you can now create a rectangle shape with the dough in your pan.

Step 4

Let your dough rise for two hours.

Step 5

Preheat oven to 550° F. Add olive oil on the top of your dough and bake for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Add Sweet Earth Korean BBQ Style Chik’n, a teaspoon of oil, salt and pepper to a pan. Grill Chik’n for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Step 7

Take pre-baked pizza dough out of the oven. Add Korean BBQ sauce to the top of the pizza followed by kimchi, bell peppers, scallions, and most of the mozzarella cheese. Then add cooked Chik’n, shishito peppers, and the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Step 8

Bake for an additional 10 -12 minutes.

Step 9

Drizzle with chili oil and sesame seeds and enjoy!
