  • 2 Nestlé® Abuelita® Chocolate for Table tablets, chopped
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter

  • 2 tbsp Nestlé® Toll House Baking Cocoa

  • 4 tbsp Nescafé® Clásico 100% Granulated Instant Coffee

  • 1 ½ cups flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper, optional only if you wanted them spicy

  • 6 large eggs

  • 2 ¼ cups granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 pkg. 9 oz. Nestle® Toll House Espresso Chocolate Chips

  • White Frosting

Make It

Step 1

In the kettle, mix tablets, butter, cocoa and coffee.

Step 2

Cook over medium heat until melted and combined. Remove from heat and reserve.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine flour, salt, cinnamon and cayenne; set aside.

Step 4

In another bowl, mix eggs and sugar until pale. Add vanilla; add chocolate mixture slowly, stirring until combined.

Step 5

Add dry ingredients in 3 parts and add chocolate chips.

Step 6

Grease the Pan with butter, add ¾ cup of dough; reserve the rest.

Step 7

Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until cooked.

Step 8

Let cool in the Saucepan.

Step 9

Decorate with frosting and enjoy.
