- ●2 Nestlé® Abuelita® Chocolate for Table tablets, chopped

¾ cup unsalted butter

2 tbsp Nestlé® Toll House Baking Cocoa

4 tbsp Nescafé® Clásico 100% Granulated Instant Coffee

1 ½ cups flour
- ●
1 tsp salt
- ●
½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ●
½ tsp cayenne pepper, optional only if you wanted them spicy
- ●
6 large eggs
- ●
2 ¼ cups granulated sugar
- ●
1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ●
1 pkg. 9 oz. Nestle® Toll House Espresso Chocolate Chips
- ●

Make It
Step 1
In the kettle, mix tablets, butter, cocoa and coffee.
Step 2
Cook over medium heat until melted and combined. Remove from heat and reserve.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, cinnamon and cayenne; set aside.
Step 4
In another bowl, mix eggs and sugar until pale. Add vanilla; add chocolate mixture slowly, stirring until combined.
Step 5
Add dry ingredients in 3 parts and add chocolate chips.
Step 6
Grease the Pan with butter, add ¾ cup of dough; reserve the rest.
Step 7
Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until cooked.
Step 8
Let cool in the Saucepan.
Step 9
Decorate with frosting and enjoy.
