½ cup granulated sugar

5 tablespoons butter, softened
- ●
1 large egg
- ●
2 tablespoons Nestlé® Carnation® Evaporated Milk

¼ teaspoon Nescafé® Taster’s Choice® House Blend 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules

¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ●
2 small zucchini, shredded (about 2 cups)
- ●
¼ cup Nestlé® Toll House® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels (optional)
Make It
Step 1
Whisk together flour, cocoa, Abuelita chocolate, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl; set aside.
Step 2
Beat sugar, butter, egg, evaporated milk, coffee granules and vanilla extract in a large mixer bowl on medium-low speed until smooth.
Step 3
Add zucchini; mix until thoroughly combined. Beat in flour in batches. Stir in morsels. Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Bake at 350° F for 45 to 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
