- ●1/2 cup Coffee mate® natural bliss® Vanilla All-Natural Almond Milk Coffee Creamer
- ●1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ●1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- ●2 large eggs
- ●2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ●1 teaspoon baking powder
- ●1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ●1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ●1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- ●2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
- ●1/4 cup raisins
- ●1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line 12 muffin cups with paper or foil cupcake liners.
Step 2
Place Coffee mate natural bliss Almond Milk Creamer, almond milk, applesauce, eggs, butter, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl. Whisk until fully combined. Add oats, raisins and almonds; stir to mix. Fill each liner with ¼ cup oat mixture.
Step 3
Bake for 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in cup comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
