Key Ingredients
  • 1 package (16.5 ounces) devil’s food cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup Coffee mate® Peppermint Mocha Flavor Liquid Coffee Creamer
  • 1 cup Nestlé® Toll House® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • Crushed peppermint candies (optional)
Make It
Step 1
Prepare cake mix batter with water, oil and eggs according to package directions.
Step 2
Line mini muffin cups with paper liners. Fill each liner with about 1 tablespoon batter.
Step 3
Bake at 350° F for 15 to 18 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in cupcake comes out almost clean.
Step 4
Cool in pans for 20 minutes. Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
Step 5
Heat Coffee mate Peppermint Mocha Flavor Liquid in microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 30 to 40 seconds. Add morsels. Cover with plastic wrap; let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Stir Coffee mate mixture until combined and morsels are melted. Dip tops of cupcakes into chocolate mixture. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies, if desired.
