Our dough, made with US-sourced flour, rests for 30-90 minutes, allowing it to rise and develop flavor and texture.
Since 1995, two Wisconsin pizza bakeries with over 50 years of experience have proudly prepared our pizzas. We recently added a third bakery in Chicago, continuing the legacy of Midwestern pizza making.
Our signature sauce is made with 100% California-grown tomatoes, blended daily, with spices and seasonings.
The mozzarella cheese used on our pizzas is shredded fresh daily in the bakery and 100% is sourced from the U.S.
Our veggie toppings are picked at peak ripeness and flash frozen to lock in flavor.
