1 jalapeño, stem and seeds removed
1 large clove garlic, peeled
Juice from 1 lime
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Place beans, pumpkin, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, salt and pepper in food processor. Cover; process until smooth. Serve with baked tortilla chips or crackers.
