What's the difference between canned Dulce de Leche and squeeze?

Canned: La Lechera Dulce de Leche (Cajeta -Caramel) is a thick/solid milk based caramel, it does NOT pour, it must be spooned out of the can.

Squeeze: La Lechera Dulce de Leche Squeeze is a thinner squeezable caramel sauce, in a convenient packaging.

The canned and squeeze are not the same products.

How do you make your La Lechera Lactose-Free Milk lactose free?

Lactose-Free Evaporated milk starts just like regular evaporated milk. Fresh whole milk with half the water removed. Then we add the natural enzyme lactase to break down the lactose into simple sugars to make it lactose-free.
