- ●2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- ●1/2 cup chopped leeks
- ●1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
- ●1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- ●1/2 cup chopped green onions
- ●1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
- ●1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- ●1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- ●2 tablespoons MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce
- ●5 cups water
- ●1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- ●1 tablespoon MAGGI® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
- ●2 cups dry pasta noodles
- ●1 3/4 pounds fresh tuna steaks
- ●1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ●1 teaspoon onion powder
- ●2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Make It
Step 1
Heat sesame oil in a large saucepan. Cook leeks and yellow onion, stirring frequently, until they are translucent. Add mushrooms, green onions, red pepper, yellow pepper and garlic; cook for 3 more minutes. Pour in MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce, water, rice vinegar and bouillon; cook for another 8 to 10 minutes. Add the noodles; set aside.
Step 2
Season the tuna with garlic powder and onion powder. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Cook tuna for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Cut into cubes.
Step 3
Serve noodles with tuna cubes.
To add a spicy flavor, add a finely chopped jalapeño pepper.
