Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped leeks
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon MAGGI® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
  • 2 cups dry pasta noodles
  • 1 3/4 pounds fresh tuna steaks
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Make It

Step 1

Heat sesame oil in a large saucepan. Cook leeks and yellow onion, stirring frequently, until they are translucent. Add mushrooms, green onions, red pepper, yellow pepper and garlic; cook for 3 more minutes. Pour in MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce, water, rice vinegar and bouillon; cook for another 8 to 10 minutes. Add the noodles; set aside.

Step 2

Season the tuna with garlic powder and onion powder. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Cook tuna for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Cut into cubes.

Step 3

Serve noodles with tuna cubes.
Tip:
To add a spicy flavor, add a finely chopped jalapeño pepper.
