INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 8 ounces Manchego cheese, cut into cubes and one piece in the shape of a star
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 4 ounces Panela cheese
  • 1 cup shredded red leaf lettuce
  • 5 sprigs dried marjoram
  • 1 can (7.6 ounces) NESTLÉ® Media Crema
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 canned chipotle chile, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons bbq sauce
MAKE IT
Step 1
Cut one end of the cucumber to form the trunk of the tree. Using wooden toothpicks, place a cube of Manchego cheese and insert around the base of the cucumber to form the first line. Then arrange some cubes of cheddar cheese and panela. Place the cherry tomatoes on the cheese cubes and repeat the procedure alternating the cheeses with the grapes.
Step 2
Garnish with the lettuce and marjoram branches between the cheeses to simulate the leaves. Finish the tree by placing a star of Manchego cheese on the top.
Step 3
Blend the NESTLÉ® Media Crema, jam, chipotle chile and bbq sauce. Serve as a dipping sauce.
Step 4
Tip: To keep your cheeses for longer, keep them in sealed bags so they do not lose their smell and flavor. The panela cheese you have to remove the whey that it releases every day to prevent it from spoiling faster.
