- ●3 tablespoons butter
- ●2 celery stalks, chopped
- ●1/4 onion, sliced
- ●1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
- ●2 tablespoons cornmeal
- ●6 cups water
- ●2 tablespoons MAGGI® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
- ●1 1/4 pounds pumpkin flower
- ●1 can (7.6 ounces) NESTLÉ® Media Crema
- ●5 ounces Panela cheese, cubed
MAKE IT
Step 1
Melt butter; cook celery, onion and green pepper. Add the cornmeal and cook until it turns a light golden color.
Step 2
Blend vegetable mixture, chicken bouillon and pumpkin flower; return to heat and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in NESTLÉ® Media Crema. Serve hot with cheese cubes.
Step 3
Tip: For more flavor, add fine herbs and croutons.
Decorate with croutons.
