MAKE IT
Step 1
Place evaporated milk, media crema, pound of cooked asparagus, onion salt and water in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Pour mixture into a pot; heat until slightly thickened, stirring constantly to avoid sticking.
Step 3
Serve garnished with chopped asparagus.
