- ●1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
- ●1 cup corn kernels
- ●1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapeños
- ●1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ●1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ●3 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- ●1 tablespoon chili powder
- ●1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- ●1 teaspoon celery salt
- ●1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ●1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ●1/2 cup NESTLÉ® Media Crema Table Cream
- ●1/2 cup chopped green onions
MAKE IT
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 2
Combine beans, corn, jalapeños, cheeses, cream cheese, chili powder, cumin, celery salt, salt, pepper, Media Crema and green onions in a large bowl; mix well.
Step 3
Transfer mixture to a medium-size cast iron skillet; bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is just starting to bubble. Cool for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Garnish with extra cheese or green onions if desired. Enjoy!
