- ●1 tablespoon butter
- ●1/4 onion, sliced
- ●1 garlic clove, chopped
- ●1 pound sliced mushrooms
- ●2 cans (7.6 ounces each) NESTLÉ® Media Crema
- ●3/4 cup chicken broth
- ●1 tablespoon MAGGI® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
- ●1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ●5 (about 4 ounces each) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cooked
MAKE IT
Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet; cook onion and garlic until lightly browned. Add the mushrooms; cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the NESTLÉ® Media Crema, chicken broth, chicken bouillon and pepper; mix and cook for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Step 3
Serve chicken breasts with sauce.
Step 4
Tip: Try adding a little chipotle or serrano chile to the sauce.
