INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can (16 ounces) green lima beans, cooked
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup NESTLÉ® Media Crema Table Cream
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
MAKE IT
Step 1
Combine lima beans, garlic, cilantro, red pepper flakes, cumin, vinegar, salt and pepper in a medium bowl; mix well.
Step 2
Place bean mixture, Media Crema and oil in a food processor; pulse until beans are 75% pureed leaving as chunky as preferred. Taste and season more if needed and enjoy! (Great with vegetables and toasted bread.)
Tip:
Try substituting Media Crema Lite for the regular Media Crema!
