MAKE IT

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F. Line bottom of a baking dish with puff pastry. Mix mole, cheese, media crema and eggs in a medium bowl until mixed well.

Step 2

Pour mixture over puff pastry. Bake for 25 minutes or until set.

Step 3

Let cool for 8 minutes before serving.
