- ●1 pound cooked, peeled, deveined shrimp
- ●2 ripe avocados
- ●1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
- ●1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, cut in half
- ●2 tablespoons lime juice
- ●1/3 cup NESTLÉ® Media Crema
- ●1/3 teaspoon salt
- ●1/3 teaspoon ancho chili powder
- ●2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
- ●1 bag romaine heart lettuce
MAKE IT
Step 1
Cut the tails off of the shrimp. Place shrimp in a medium mixing bowl.
Step 2
Chop avocados into almond-sized pieces. Add to bowl with the shrimp. Add the peppers and tomatoes and mix together.
Step 3
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice, Media Crema®, salt, chili powder and cilantro. Whisk until combined.
Step 4
Pour dressing over the shrimp mixture and combine until evenly coated.
Step 5
Serve chilled over lettuce.
