2 tablespoons butter
●

1/4 onion, chopped
●

1 pound yellow sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked
●

1 tablespoon MAGGI® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
●

3/4 cup NESTLÉ® Media Crema
●

1 can (12 fluid ounces) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
●

1 1/2 cups water
●

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

MAKE IT

Step 1

In a pan, melt the butter and fry the onion until it changes color slightly.

Step 2

Blend the onion mixture with the sweet potato, bouillon, NESTLÉ® Media Crema, evaporated milk, water and nutmeg; heat for 5 minutes over low heat or until slightly thickened.
