INGREDIENTS

MAKE IT

Step 1

Blend cream cheese, dulce de leche, NESTLÉ® Media Crema and 1 tablespoon coffee granules. With the blender still running, add the gelatin mixture.

Step 2

Cover bottom of a springform pan with foil. Line the side of the pan with ladyfingers. Moisten the rest of the ladyfingers in a little of the prepared coffee and place them on the base. Add a layer of filling, another layer of moistened ladyfingers and repeat until finished. Refrigerate for 40 minutes or until firm.

Step 3

Unmold the charlotte; decorate with a little grated chocolate and mint leaves.

Step 4

Tip: To help unmold the charlotte, line the inside of the ring with plastic wrap before assembling the dessert.
