HOW TO PREPARE
Conventional Oven Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° F. DO NOT PLACE THIS BOWL IN THE OVEN - TRANSFER THE FOOD TO AN OVEN SAFE DISH.
Cover with foil, place on center rack and cook for 20 minutes.*
Remove from oven, stir and re-cover. Cook for an additional 20 minutes.*
Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 minutes before enjoying!
Remove lid entirely and cover with paper towel while microwaving.
Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes and 15 seconds or until heated thoroughly.*
Let stand 1 minute in microwave.

Cook to an internal temperature of 165° F for food safety and quality.
