These Abuelita Fudgy Brownies are simply delicious with premium chocolate flavors. Garnish with powdered sugar or chocolate frosting to add a special touch to this tasty dessert. Great as a snack too!

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda
●

1/4 teaspoon salt
●

2 cans (7.6 fluid ounces each) NESTLÉ Media Crema Ligera Lite Table Cream

6 tablets (90 grams each) NESTLÉ ABUELITA Authentic Mexican Hot Chocolate Drink
●

2 large eggs, beaten
●

2 teaspoons powdered sugar

Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

Step 2

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl; set aside.

Step 3

Heat media crema and Abuelita chocolate in medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir 1/4 cup chocolate mixture into beaten eggs. Stir chocolate and egg mixture into melted chocolate in saucepan. Stir in flour mixture. Spread into prepared pan.

Step 4

Bake for 19 to 22 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out still slightly sticky. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
