- ●1/2 cup NESTLÉ ABUELITA Granulated Chocolate Drink Mix or 3/4 tablet NESTLÉ ABUELITA Authentic Mexican Hot Chocolate Drink, grated, divided
- ●2 packages (16 ounces each) refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits
- ●2/3 cup orange marmalade
- ●2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ●2 tablespoons orange juice
- ●1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ●1 tablespoon grated orange peel
Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
Step 2
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Abuelita chocolate evenly on the bottom of prepared pan.
Step 3
Place remaining Abuelita chocolate in a large shallow bowl.
Step 4
Cut each biscuit into four pieces and form into balls. Add biscuit balls in batches to bowl of Abuelita chocolate, tossing to coat. Fold in orange marmalade in dollops. Stir gently to mix.
Step 5
Place biscuit pieces in loaf pan. Sprinkle with any remaining Abuelita chocolate.
Step 6
Stir together butter, orange juice and vanilla extract in small bowl. Pour over biscuit balls.
Step 7
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until center is completely cooked and top is golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes. Run a knife around edges of pan and invert onto a serving plate. Let pan stand inverted for 2 minutes for glaze to run. Remove pan; cool for 5 minutes. Slice or spoon out and serve. Garnish with grated orange peel.
