Make It
Step 1
Whisk together 1 cup water and cornstarch in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat milk, cinnamon stick and sugar in a large saucepan over medium-low heat; do not boil.
Step 3
Place bananas, evaporated milk, pecans, Coffee mate Original Flavor Liquid and remaining cup of water in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Add banana mixture to the pan. Add vanilla extract and stir slowly to combine ingredients.
Step 5
Add cornstarch mixture in a slow stream, stirring frequently until the mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat.
Step 6
Pour into serving mugs, garnish with pecans and serve.
