Heat Coffee mate natural bliss Almond Milk Creamer, brown sugar and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring until melted. Increase heat to medium-high; boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Stir in almond butter; mix until smooth. Add oats; mix until fully combined.
Drop tablespoonful-sized balls onto the prepared baking sheet. Cool completely for about 1 hour. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
