Make It

Step 1

Dissolve the gelatin in warm water; set aside.

Step 2

Place evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, peach syrup and dissolved gelatin in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Cut the peaches into thin slices; set aside.

Step 4

Place a layer of cookies in a 12 x 9-inch dish. Top with a layer of sliced peaches and a layer of cream mixture. Repeat layers one more time. Top with a layer of cookies. Cover with foil or plastic wrap; freeze for at least 4 hours.

Step 5

Beat cream until stiff peaks form. Pipe or spread whipped cream over top of dessert. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
