The Secret Ingredient

Ingredients

  • 1 (about 5 ounces) boneless, skinless chicken breast half, cut into 4 pieces lengthwise
  • 1 tablespon MAGGI® Granulated Chicken Flavor Bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 7 ounces cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 2/3 cups dry fusilli pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley

Make It

Step 1

Sprinkle chicken with Maggi Granulated Chicken Bouillon until well coated.

Step 2

Place chicken in a frying pan with a drop of oil, preheated over low heat for 1 minute; cover and cook over low heat for 8 minutes on each side. Cut the chicken breast into cubes.

Step 3

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion until it is transparent. Add the cherry tomatoes and cooked pasta; cook for 5 more minutes.

Step 4

Serve the pasta on a plate; add the parsley and the chicken cubes. Mix and enjoy!
Note:
To prevent the pasta from falling apart when mixing, after draining, rinse in cold water. This will prevent further cooking.
