Make It

Step 1

Place chipotle chili, onion, tomatoes, bouillon, Maggi seasoning sauce, Worchestershire sauce, vinegar, honey, pepper and garlic in a blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour over the pork belly; refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 2

Place pork belly in baking dish with the marinade. Cover with foil. Bake at 325° F for 3 hours.
