Tomato, Mint, Basil & Avocado Salad

  • 3 large tomatoes (heirloom and/or regular)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (heirloom and/or regular)
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup freshly torn basil
  • 1/4 cup freshly torn mint
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi® Seasoning Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Make It
Step 1
Slice large tomatoes into thick slices. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Place tomatoes on large platter.
Step 2
Slice red onion. Slice avocados. Place onion and avocado slices on platter. Top with basil and mint. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and seasoning sauce. Season with pepper.
