INGREDIENTS
- 3 large tomatoes (heirloom and/or regular)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (heirloom and/or regular)
- 1/4 red onion
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup freshly torn basil
- 1/4 cup freshly torn mint
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Maggi® Seasoning Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
Make It
Step 1
Slice large tomatoes into thick slices. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Place tomatoes on large platter.
Step 2
Slice red onion. Slice avocados. Place onion and avocado slices on platter. Top with basil and mint. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and seasoning sauce. Season with pepper.
