A Chinese-inspired dish, this fried rice recipe is filled with delicious favorites. It's a meal in itself with the mix of both meat and vegetables in rice that would be great for family meal times and baon too!

Jugo Seasoning Sauce


  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 2 ounces chopped beef chorizo
  • 1 cup cooked small shrimp
  • 1/4 cup MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 cups cooked wild rice blend
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Make It

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a wok over medium heat; add eggs. Stir and cook until barely set. Remove and set aside.

Step 2

Add remaining tablespoon olive oil to wok. Add garlic, onion, carrot, chorizo and shrimp; cook, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes. Add MAGGI® Seasoning Sauce and pepper.

Step 3

Stir in rice, scrambled egg, lettuce, green onion and sesame oil. Transfer to a serving plate; serve hot.
